The Role

An exciting opportunity is available at ecoPortal. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO Team, to drive the successful implementation of ecoPortal. You’ll be responsible for managing a portfolio of projects, from simple standard implementations to more complex, bespoke solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations.

As a Project Manager, you will work closely with Business Analysts, Implementation Specialists, and key customer stakeholders to ensure a smooth and effective delivery. You’ll need strong communication, planning, and risk management skills, as well as the ability to manage scope, coordinate teams, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of SaaS projects, ensuring successful customer implementations.
  • Lead project kick-offs and planning, ensuring a seamless handover from Sales to implementation.
  • Manage scope and change requests, ensuring project execution aligns with contract agreements.
  • Monitor project budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies, keeping everything on track.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Business Analysts, Implementation Specialists) and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Report on project progress by providing status updates.
  • Facilitate customer sign-off and handovers to BAU, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction, sending out Post-Implementation Surveys (PSATs) to gather feedback.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement, contributing to the development of best practices within the PMO.

We’re looking for someone who…

  • 2+ years of project management experience, ideally in SaaS or software implementations.
  • Proven ability to deliver multiple projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid approaches).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Experience with scope management, change requests, and risk mitigation.
  • Proficiency in project management tools is desirable.
  • Ability to manage both simple and complex projects, applying the appropriate project governance approach.
  • Project Management qualifications desirable.
  • Industry experience in health, safety, risk, or compliance software is a plus!
