Role Overview
The incumbent will play a key role in driving Compensation & Benefits initiatives with a strong focus on incentive design, rewards programs, compensation analytics, and strategic C&B transformation projects. The role will support the development and implementation of performance-linked reward mechanisms, compensation frameworks, and HR governance initiatives to enhance workforce productivity.
The position will work closely with Business Leaders, HRBPs, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure the successful execution of compensation programs and enterprise-wide C&B projects.
Key Responsibilities
Incentive Design & Rewards Management
- Design, implement, and manage incentive schemes across business, sales, operations, and support functions.
- Develop performance-linked variable pay models aligned with business objectives and productivity metrics.
- Review and optimize existing incentive plans to improve effectiveness, cost efficiency, and employee motivation.
- Conduct periodic payout analysis and scheme effectiveness reviews to ensure achievement of intended business outcomes.
- Partner with business leaders to create customized reward programs for critical functions and strategic initiatives.
C&B Projects & Transformation
- Drive organization-wide Compensation & Benefits transformation projects and policy enhancement initiatives.
- Lead projects related to compensation restructuring, incentive automation, HR digitization, productivity-linked rewards, and statutory compliance changes.
- Collaborate with HRIS and HR Operations teams to streamline compensation processes and improve reporting capabilities.
- Support implementation of new compensation programs, governance frameworks, and employee benefit initiatives.
HR Policies, SOPs & Governance
- Develop and maintain compensation-related policies, SOPs, process documents, and governance frameworks.
- Ensure consistency, transparency, and compliance across compensation programs and reward practices.
- Support policy interpretation and provide guidance to HR and business stakeholders on compensation matters.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, wage regulations, and internal governance requirements.
Analytics & Workforce Insights
- Generate compensation analytics, workforce cost reports, productivity analysis, and reward effectiveness dashboards.
- Analyze manpower costs, incentive payouts, compensation trends, and workforce metrics to provide actionable business insights.
- Develop financial models and business cases for compensation interventions and new reward programs.
- Support management reviews through data-driven presentations and recommendations.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner closely with HR Business Partners, Finance, Payroll, and Business Leaders for successful implementation of compensation initiatives.
- Act as a subject matter expert on incentive schemes, compensation frameworks, and reward programs.
- Support leadership reviews by providing analytical insights and recommendations on compensation-related decisions.
Key Skills
- Strong expertise in incentive scheme design, variable pay programs.
- Experience in Compensation & Benefits transformation and strategic HR projects.
- Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, workforce analytics, and financial modelling.

Education & Experience
- MBA (HR), MBA (Finance), Statistics, Economics, or related postgraduate qualification.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Rewards, HR Analytics, or Total Rewards.
- Proven experience in designing and managing incentive schemes and variable pay programs.
- Experience in leading C&B transformation and policy implementation projects.
- Exposure to large, multi-location organizations will be preferred.
- Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Services, or other people-intensive industries will be an advantage.
