Role Description
We are looking for a full-time remote Virtual Assistant who fits the vibe.
Yes, organization matters.
But more importantly, we need someone who can survive inside a high-speed, high-communication, slightly chaotic marketing team that actually gives a damn about winning.
You’ll be helping keep the machine moving behind the scenes. That means lead research, CRM updates, ClickUp task management, outreach tracking, data entry, file organization, reporting support, SOP execution, client follow-ups, content coordination, and whatever else gets thrown into the fire.
You do not need to be some mythical Silicon Valley operations wizard.
But you do need to be resourceful, fast, communicative, detail-oriented, and comfortable figuring things out without needing your hand held every 11 minutes.
