Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Paid Media & Growth Expert (Meta, Google, & TikTok) at Ten32 Media. In this role, you will plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok to drive customer acquisition and revenue for eCommerce clients. You will build and manage campaign structures, conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages, and continually refine targeting and bidding strategies based on performance data. You will analyze campaign metrics, prepare clear performance reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with account managers, creatives, and developers to align media strategy with broader marketing initiatives, ensure consistent messaging across channels, and support ongoing experimentation and growth projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Media Planning and Marketing, with demonstrated experience managing performance campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok for eCommerce or similar digital-first businesses.
  • Excellent Communication and New Media skills, including the ability to explain complex performance data in clear, accessible terms and adapt messaging to different digital platforms.
  • Proficiency in Research and data analysis, including market research, audience insights, and experimentation to inform media strategy and creative testing.
  • Hands-on experience with key advertising and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, attribution tools such as Triple Whale or similar).
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth (ROAS, CAC, LTV, and conversion rate improvements) through paid media and landing page optimization.
  • Strong quantitative skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with budgets, forecasts, and performance models.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple client accounts or projects, and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior agency or eCommerce experience is highly beneficial.
