Seeking a Project Manager to support utility capital projects. Projects may include transmission line construction and rebuilds, substation projects, transformer replacements, switchgear replacements, and related infrastructure work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects throughout the full project lifecycle
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and project teams
- Track project scope, schedule, and finances with support from Project Controls
- Provide project updates and reporting to leadership
- Support field activities through occasional site visits
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience
- Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Knowledge of project management principles and risk management
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
- Experience with scheduling and cost controls preferred
- Utility industry and construction management experience preferred
- PMP, CAPM, PE license, or utility certifications are a plus
