We are looking for a talented Engineer I, Technical Quantities to join our team on a major Infrastructure Project in Diriyah, Riyadh.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in quantity take-off, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and technical quantity management within infrastructure and construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify quantity take-offs from engineering drawings and specifications.
- Develop and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Prepare material take-offs (MTO) and cost estimates.
- Support tendering, procurement, and subcontractor evaluation activities.
- Review and analyze supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering, planning, procurement, and project teams.
- Monitor design changes and assess their impact on quantities and project costs.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of quantity and cost-related documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Experience in quantity surveying, estimation, or technical quantities.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure construction projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
