THE COMPANY
Erevena is the global executive search advisor to the world's most ambitious tech companies. At the moments that define a company's future, a transformative leadership hire, a critical board appointment, a new market expansion, the right decision changes everything.
We work with founders, investors, and leadership teams across the full spectrum of tech: VC and growth equity-backed companies, publicly traded businesses, and privately held organisations navigating transformation. What they share is ambition. What they need is leadership that can deliver it.
We specialise in Board, General Management, and Go to Market leadership across AI, Software, Fintech, and Consumer. Our approach is senior partner led and genuinely advisory, backed by 20+ years of deep sector knowledge and a global network that reaches where algorithms can't. We're here to get it right. Not just fill a role.
THE ROLE
This role is based in Denmark and will include working on international projects for clients from the full Nordic region and beyond. There will be opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across offices in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, Helsinki and London.
We’re looking for an Associate to join a driven and collaborative team working directly on executive search and building deep expertise in tech markets from day one. The Associate will work with Partners, Principals and Senior Associates on the execution of executive search mandates, owning the research phase of the search process. They should follow rigorous research methodology in line with Erevena best practice, build industry and domain knowledge across multiple industries and take part in business development preparation. They are responsible for focused candidate identification and pipeline planning as well as capturing, storing and managing search data appropriately.
Research sits at the heart of what we deliver for clients. It’s where real value is created. Partners, Principals and Associates work collaboratively on solutions for our clients. As part of a typical career path, Associates are developed to progress into Principal roles, we have a well-defined training programme and career path in place to support this progression.
