Description

THE COMPANY

Erevena is the global executive search advisor to the world's most ambitious tech companies. At the moments that define a company's future, a transformative leadership hire, a critical board appointment, a new market expansion, the right decision changes everything.

We work with founders, investors, and leadership teams across the full spectrum of tech: VC and growth equity-backed companies, publicly traded businesses, and privately held organisations navigating transformation. What they share is ambition. What they need is leadership that can deliver it.

We specialise in Board, General Management, and Go to Market leadership across AI, Software, Fintech, and Consumer. Our approach is senior partner led and genuinely advisory, backed by 20+ years of deep sector knowledge and a global network that reaches where algorithms can't. We're here to get it right. Not just fill a role.

Research sits at the heart of what we deliver for clients. It’s where real value is created. Partners, Principals and Associates work collaboratively on solutions for our clients.
