Job Description

To support the business marketing function by assisting with activities and projects linked to marketing strategies and objectives.

  • Proactive participation in marketing and business innovation, product awareness, marketing campaigns, etc.
  • Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request development where appropriate.
  • Produce relevant, accurate and appropriate content according to marketing and communication objectives.
  • Project manage the coordination and/or delivery of event projects in accordance with the business, marketing and events plans.
  • Manage professional relationships with third party suppliers/partners and oversee final delivery and standards of said suppliers/partners, as guided by center marketing guidance and governance.
  • Ensuring that work done fits with the budget parameters and reporting on financial aspects of delivery.
  • Gather and disseminate accurate and timely information to all relevant stakeholders throughout the business and broadcast media.
  • Ensures that necessary design criteria and standards are adhered to in the development of material.
  • Comply with processes required in terms of legislative and audit requirements in marketing.
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information.
  • Coordinate the implementation of a collection of marketing projects by ensuring business requirements are met and progress reports submitted.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
  • 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing, Advertising & Media
  • Proven experience in marketing sponsorships and campaigns
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Campaign Coordination: Ability to assist in planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns
  • Content Management: Creating, editing, and publishing marketing content across channels
  • Brand Management: Ensuring all communications align with brand guidelines.
  • Digital Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of social media, email marketing, and online campaigns
