“InnoTeam” announces a vacancy for the position of Product Manager.
Number of vacancies: 2
Location: Tbilisi
Working schedule: Full-time, five days a week
Salary: Negotiable, based on the candidate’s qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop product development strategies and action plans;
- Manage products strategically throughout all stages of their lifecycle;
- Define product positioning strategy and manage its implementation;
- Identify the need for new products in the market and initiate their introduction;
- Develop new product launch strategies and coordinate the implementation process;
- Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with the sales team;
- Support medical representatives in effectively presenting product competitive advantages;
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with members of the medical community;
- Analyze the market, competitive environment, and emerging trends;
- Assess product competitiveness and prepare analytical conclusions;
- Continuously review and analyze relevant medical and scientific sources;
- Initiate and organize scientific and marketing events (conferences, presentations, round tables).
Key Requirements:
- Higher medical education;
- Up to 2 years of experience in the field of medical products or in a similar position;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Good command of English and Russian languages.
