AI Analyst

JCW Group

New York City Metropolitan Area

Description

JCW is working with a fast-growing bank in New York to find an AI Analyst to join their dedicated Artificial Intelligence function. This team sits at the centre of how the bank identifies, builds, and scales AI across the business, and this role puts you right in the middle of that.

It is a hands-on position that combines the technical side of building AI tools with the stakeholder-facing work of driving adoption across the business. If you enjoy both, this is worth a look.

What the Role Involves

  • Working within a dedicated AI function alongside AI Engineers to build and deliver solutions that address real business needs across the bank.
  • Engaging business stakeholders to identify, scope, and prioritise AI use cases, then seeing them through from concept to deployment.
  • Building and configuring LLM-powered applications that solve practical business problems.
  • Developing and managing solutions within Copilot Studio, tailored to specific business workflows.
  • Acting as the link between the AI function and non-technical business teams, translating requirements clearly in both directions.
  • Testing and evaluating AI tools to ensure they are reliable, fit for purpose, and meet business expectations.
  • Supporting the responsible and governed use of AI across business functions.
  • Keeping pace with developments in the AI space and identifying opportunities relevant to the bank.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building AI tools end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to live deployment.
  • Hands-on experience with LLM applications, including prompt engineering and working with large language model APIs.
  • Practical knowledge of Copilot Studio and how to configure it for real business workflows.
  • Strong ability to engage business stakeholders, understand their needs, and translate them into deliverable solutions.
  • A background in, or strong understanding of, banking or financial services is an advantage.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and initiative is valued.
  • Strong communication skills and the confidence to present ideas and progress to a range of audiences.

JCW Group is committed to equal opportunity recruitment. We ensure that no applicant receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, race, or any other protected characteristic.
