About the Role
The Global Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, driving activities that enhance client operations, satisfaction, and retention. This is a relationship-first role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates proactively, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Duluth, GA office (6700 Sugarloaf Pkwy).
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and partners, ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and tailored service
- Support accurate and timely payroll processing, ensuring compliance and efficiency
- Identify at-risk clients and lead retention efforts in collaboration with internal teams
- Facilitate client meetings to review account performance and resolve escalations
- Coordinate benefit reconciliation and manage benefit-related client inquiries
- Analyze performance data and recommend process improvements
- Provide guidance on payroll tax matters including multi-state compliance
- Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance client and employee experiences
- Deliver training on client-facing platforms including web-based payroll and reporting tools
What We're Looking For
- 3 to 4 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
- Background in payroll, HR, PEO, EOR, ASO, HCM, or benefits strongly preferred
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint)
- College degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience required
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Compensation
$19.23 - $26.44 per hour, based on experience
