Quality Planning Engineer
Where we need you
- Quality concept(test and warranty concept included) development for new project and ensure the customer requirement could be fulfilled.
- APQP planning, controlling, tracking and documentation for new project.
- Team member and approval of PFMEA/ special characteristic, creating control plan, QI,gauge WI, inspection record for different sample stage. Ensure that they are correct, match and consistent.
- Measurement plan input, review and get customer approval Gauge concept create building and acceptance
- Responsible for new project quotation.
- PPAP documents collection and submission to customer.
- Monitoring project milestone review and reporting to PL, QM and GM.
- Customer service for quality issues before SOP and first 6 months of SOP.
- Driving 0km and field claim parts analysis and creating 8D report to customer before SOP and first 6 months of SOP.
- Organizing and reporting of customer satisfaction.
- Strictly follow safety operation regulation and occupation health and safety and environment regulation, guarantee safety production and control environment pollution.
How to convince us
- BS in related field preferred with applicable job experience preferred
- Minimum 3 years in related position in automotive industry
- Minimum 3 years experience on Customer Specific Requirements
- Experience in Quality Systems (Preferably IATF)
- Knowledge of Injection Molding / Blow Molding process a plus.
- SAP knowledge a plus
