The Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales must have with a successful track record of growing revenue and leading a sales team to exceptional heights. The successful candidate will be expected to lead and implement innovative initiatives to attain and exceed overall revenue goals. Preference for Regional Vice President of Sales to be located within each region.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Must have proven sales track
  • Senior sales manager in charge of sales activities and team.
  • Provide leadership to the day-to-day operations of the sales department.
  • Report to the Chief Sales Officer.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential.
  • Establish and monitor performance goals for all sales employees.
  • Develop and participate with the CSO, in the development of the strategic sales plan.
  • Implement direct sales plan to achieve objectives established in the company’s strategic plan.
  • Develop and/or maintain and improve business relations with all customers.
  • Seek out and target new customers and new sales opportunities.
