About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Chief Operating Officer to lead operational and cultural transformation across the University. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will provide strategic leadership across key professional service areas including Student Experience, Education Operations, Governance, Timetabling and College Operations. This pivotal role will drive service excellence, digital transformation and continuous improvement across the academic and student lifecycle.

You will be a collaborative and forward-thinking senior leader with significant experience driving organisational change and operational excellence within a complex environment. With strong strategic, people and stakeholder management skills, you will be passionate about delivering high-quality, customer-focused services and empowering teams to achieve lasting impact.
