Key responsibilities
E-commerce Content
- Create SEO-optimized content for category pages and landing pages
- Develop PDP (Product Detail Page) content blocks
- Write engaging FAQ sections and blog articles
- Produce promotional copy, banner texts, and marketing messages
- Craft compelling CTAs and short-form marketing content
- Prepare optimized meta titles and meta descriptions
- Adapt content for different domains, markets, and locales
CRM & UX Content
- Write high-performing email marketing campaigns
- Develop SMS and push notification content
- Create onboarding and UX copy to enhance user experience
- Provide content for account, checkout, and system pages
- Align all communication with the customer journey and lifecycle stages
Localization & Content Editing
- Adapt and localize content across EN / RU / EL languages
- Edit and refine AI-generated drafts to meet brand standards
- Proofread and standardize terminology across content assets
- Ensure consistency across language versions and platforms
- Maintain a strong and unified tone of voice
Requirements:
- Fluent English and Russian(spoken and written);
- Experience in eCommerce copywriting;
- Understanding of basic SEO principles;
- Experience in multilingual adaptation;
- Experience working with AI tools;
- Experience working with CMS/content workflows;
- Strong editing skills.
Will be considered as an advantage:
- Experience working with premium brands;
- Experience in UX writing;
- Experience in CRM content production;
- Understanding of eCommerce funnels.
