Role Overview
The Bookkeeper is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and supporting day-to-day accounting operations for growing businesses. This role focuses on full-cycle bookkeeping, including transaction recording, reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, and financial reporting. You will support clean, reliable financial systems that enable leadership to make informed decisions and remain compliant. Requirements
Must-Haves (Required)
- 1-2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Full-cycle bookkeeping exposure (AP, AR, reconciliations, reporting)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and double-entry bookkeeping
- Experience working with US-based businesses or financial standards
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred)
- Full-charge bookkeeping experience
- Multi-entity or multi-currency exposure
- Payroll or sales tax experience
- Accounting or bookkeeping certifications
