Your mission
As the guarantor of proper on-site installation of our modular equipment, you are the technical reference (electrical & mechanical) for the client and their subcontractors.
Your role combines field expertise, coordination and problem-solving, with one goal: ensuring a smooth, safe and compliant installation — in the Verdon spirit: anticipate, collaborate, solve.
Key responsibilities
Technical Leadership
- Provide technical guidance to the General Contractor for module installation.
- Guide and support assembly teams when needed or when issues arise.
Problem-Solving
- Quickly identify technical issues encountered on site.
- Provide operational support for critical incidents.
- Work closely with our internal teams (design, QA, operations…) for optimal module integration.
Technical Point of Contact
- Answer questions from the client's subcontractors (engineers, fitters, assemblers).
- Ensure understanding of module assembly drawings.
🧩 Your profile
Background & experience
- Electromechanical Engineer.
- Proven experience in installation supervision: piping, steel structures, electrical equipment.
- Field experience is essential: construction site environment, coordination of external teams.
Skills
- Clear, precise, solution-oriented communication.
- Organisation, autonomy and sense of priorities.
- Strong adaptability and quick decision-making.
- Collaborative leadership: you guide without hierarchical authority, in a spirit of cooperation.
- Fluent English (mandatory), French is a plus.
🏗️ Working conditions
- On-site presence required — no remote work.
- Schedule aligned with installation teams: 07:00 – 16:00.
- Monday to Friday.
