In this internship, you will help improve how images are corrected and analyzed using a digital twin environment. You contribute by exploring machine learning approaches to enhance system performance. Your work supports faster development and validation of next-generation metrology solutions. Your assignment
In this assignment, you will work with a simulation environment to test and improve image correction and overlay estimation processes. You will explore how machine learning can complement existing physics-based methods and help improve performance.
