We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and strengthen business relationships across the corporate segment within our hotel operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key corporate accounts, negotiating contracts, and maximizing occupancy and revenue through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilitie
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets
- Identify, acquire, and manage new corporate clients and key accounts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing business partners and clients
- Negotiate and manage corporate contracts, pricing agreements, and preferred rates
- Generate business opportunities within Corporate, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events), and group business segments
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
- Represent the hotel at trade fairs, networking events, exhibitions, and industry conferences
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Maintain accurate client information, sales pipelines, and CRM records
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Ensure achievement of individual and departmental KPIs and revenue goals
Required Qualifications & Experien
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in hotel sales, corporate sales, or hospitality business development
- Experience in Corporate and MICE sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of the German hospitality market
- Proven track record in B2B sales and revenue generation
- Experience using CRM systems and hotel management software
