About the Role
This is a senior, high-ownership leadership role. You will serve as the in-country General Manager — responsible for P&L, regulatory positioning, partnerships, team building, and growth. You will have direct access to global leadership and the resources to build something meaningful from the ground up.

What You'll Do
- Own the full Turkey business: strategy, revenue, growth, and operations
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators (BDDK, CMB/SPK) to ensure licensing and compliance readiness
- Develop and execute localized marketing, BD, and user acquisition strategies
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high-performing local team across BD, marketing, compliance, and operations
- Identify and close strategic partnerships with local banks, payment providers, fintech players, and media
- Represent the company at industry events, in media, and with government stakeholders
- Report on KPIs and business performance to global leadership
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in fintech, digital assets, or high-growth tech — with at least 3 years in a senior country or regional leadership role
- Deep familiarity with Turkey's financial regulatory landscape
- Proven track record of driving business growth in Turkey or the broader MENA/CEE region
- Strong existing network across finance, government, media, and tech in Turkey
- Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and zero-to-one building
- Fluent in Turkish and English
- Background in or strong knowledge of digital asset markets is a strong plus
