Our client is delivering one of the UK's largest infrastructure investment programmes, investing approximately £20 billion over the next decade to transform essential infrastructure and improve environmental performance. They are seeking an experienced PMO Risk Lead to define and embed portfolio-wide risk management across a major capital delivery programme.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you will:
- Develop and implement the portfolio risk management strategy.
- Lead QSRA and QCRA processes.
- Integrate risk, cost and schedule management to improve delivery confidence.
- Provide risk insight for governance reviews, business cases and investment decisions.
- Lead and develop a team of risk professionals.
- Support assurance reviews, audits and regulatory reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement in risk processes, systems and reporting.
About You
- Experience leading risk management within major infrastructure or capital programmes.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of risk tools such as ARM, Primavera Risk Analysis or Safran.
- Experience of risk governance, assurance and reporting.
- Professional qualifications such as PMI-RMP, IRM or APM Risk Practitioner (preferred).
