Position: Associate Recruiter
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $15 - $20/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities, from sourcing candidates to onboarding coordination.
- Identify and engage qualified talent through sourcing strategies and market research.
- Manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment data within applicant tracking systems.
- Collaborate with recruiting team members to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Continuously learn recruitment best practices and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or related people-focused functions.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong logical reasoning, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working remotely using digital collaboration and recruiting tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a collaborative team setting.
