THE ROLE : HEAD OF DIGITAL

As Head of Digital, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping and driving the agency’s digital vision, elevating our digital product, and delivering measurable value for our clients. You will build deep, trusted partnerships with senior clients, working as a strategic advisor who understands their business challenges and anticipates future needs. You’ll act as a thought leader within the agency, across our global network, and in the industry, helping define the future of digital marketing. You will play a role in reshaping the marketing industry, in a tech forward agency embracing and driving disruption with AI with game changing proprietary AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

Product Leadership & Innovation

  • Elevate the agency’s digital product across all disciplines—media, content, data, and technology
  • Embrace and be a driver of disruption with AI in our industry by bringing to bear the full impact of our proprietary AI tech stack with pixis.ai and Prism both internally and with clients in
  • Play a critical role in how we define and demonstrate value and differentiation
  • Anticipate and design for future client needs by developing new propositions and solutions.

Client Leadership & Partnership Development

  • Serve as a trusted senior advisor to key clients, cultivating long-term, value-creating relationships
  • Support growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Deliver strategic guidance across digital channels to drive measurable client impact
  • Support teams in translating client business objectives into actionable digital strategies that drive performance

Thought Leadership & Internal Influence

  • Act as a digital thought leader, both internally and externally—presenting at industry events, publishing POVs, etc.
  • Champion knowledge sharing across the agency and global network
  • Foster a high-performance, innovative digital culture that attracts and retains top talent

New Business & Agency Growth

  • Lead digital strategy and vision on key new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with business development and client leads to craft compelling pitches and solutions
  • Actively shape the agency’s positioning in market through visibility and thought leadership

THE LEADER WE'RE SEEKING

  • 6+ years in premium digital agency environments
  • Proven scaling expertise with high-growth brands
  • Strategic vision paired with hands-on execution excellence
  • Natural leadership that inspires teams and builds lasting client relationships
  • AI/automation experience in marketing (strongly preferred)

You may be (or be on the path to be!) a Head of Search, Social, Digital or Performance, in an Australian indie or network agency, a Search & Social or Performance Director, or an Account Director or Client Services Director, with a strong lean to digital and cross channel strategy looking for your next challenge.
