Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations
Training & Development Coordination
Coordinate end-to-end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
Support development of training materials and learning content
HR Operations & Projects
Assist in HR reporting and data analysis (headcount, turnover, training metrics)
Support HR projects such as policy updates, digitalisation, or culture initiatives
Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with audit and compliance requirements
Requirement
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of HR or training coordination experience (fresh graduates with internships may be considered
Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practice
Strong organisational and coordination skill
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS/LMS is an advantage
