Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering Support

  • Support HRBPs in day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities (onboarding, confirmation, transfers, exits)
  • Act as a first point of contact for employee queries on HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in performance management processes, including documentation and tracking
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations

Training & Development Coordination

  • Coordinate end-to-end training activities (scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking)
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external training vendors
  • Maintain training calendars and learning management systems (LMS)
  • Track training effectiveness, feedback, and completion rates
  • Support development of training materials and learning content

HR Operations & Projects

  • Assist in HR reporting and data analysis (headcount, turnover, training metrics)
  • Support HR projects such as policy updates, digitalisation, or culture initiatives
  • Ensure proper documentation and filing in line with audit and compliance requirements

Requirement

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1–3 years of HR or training coordination experience (fresh graduates with internships may be considered
  • Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practice
  • Strong organisational and coordination skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS/LMS is an advantage
