Job Profile
- Working closely with the management team to design, maintain, monitor and enhance programs, policies and procedures which help strengthen the Employee Value Proposition of the organization.
- Work on various aspects of Learning and Career Development to identify and plan for career progression routes of employees including building appropriate engagement and career development modules right for various segments of employees right from induction to superannuation.
- To collaborate with the management to understand the business growth plans and support talent planning to reduce operational risks within the parameters of the established Human Resource and Business Strategies. This includes tracking metrics of Employee engagement, attrition and time to hire, lead drive, and implement Organization Development and Talent building (Talent Review, PMS, focused development interventions, core competencies) initiatives, culture building by driving Great Place to Work, lead and support HR strategic actions.
