Experience: Minimum 5 Years
Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate from a premier/recognized institution in Development Studies, Gender Studies, Education, MSW, Women & Child Development, or other relevant Social Science disciplines
Position Overview
PwC is seeking a dynamic Project Officer – Education to support the design and implementation of education sector initiatives under District Mineral Foundation (DMFT) and government programs. The role involves project execution, field monitoring, and driving innovative interventions to improve education outcomes at the district level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to drive positive impact across education sector projects under DMFT
- Support in design, estimation, execution, and supervision of education-related initiatives
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor project progress and ensure effective implementation
- Identify gaps and raise critical issues/escalations at appropriate levels
- Assist in conducting baseline surveys and data-driven assessments
- Contribute to the preparation of a 5-year perspective plan for sustainable education sector development
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in design, estimation, execution, and supervision of education sector projects
- Experience with Government / Semi-Government / Donor Agencies / PSU / Corporate / Government Schemes
- Strong understanding of education program frameworks and grassroots implementation
Preferred Skills
- Experience in education sector program management and monitoring
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work in multi-stakeholder environments, including government bodies and NGOs
- Excellent communication and field coordination skills
