Key tasks of the Job:

  • Lead new product launch as a project leader with cross functional teams
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns including ATL, BTL and in-store merchandising
  • Analyze market, consumer and sales data for opportune decision making
  • Manage and implement marketing plans within limited time & budget
  • Develop category strategy and short-term tactics to achieve business goals
  • Work closely with multiple agencies including creative/ media/ digital
  • Communicate with global/ regional teams for regular meeting & plan sharing
  • Support brand manager for responsible product and platforms

Specifics for the Job:

(a) Required knowledge, education, and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • At least 5 years of full-time work experience in marketing and brand marketing experience preferred
  • Experience in F&B/ FMCG industry and multinational company is preferred
  • Experience working with agencies is a must
  • Strong ability to develop marketing strategies based on consumer insight
  • Excellence in consumer & sales data analysis
  • Highly capable of timely development and execution of Marketing plans
  • Good understanding of creative and media channel
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive mindset to new challenges and turbulent environment
