Key Responsibilities:
- Issue Purchase Orders, obtain authorized signatory as per approval policy and place orders with local suppliers.
- Track orders, ensure timely delivery to our warehouse, determine ordering cycle and quantities taking into consideration customers’ indent orders.
- Update records, follow up on documents and inform inter department on the delivery date.
- Ensure goods received are satisfactory, process claims for goods which have defects and request credit note for damaged, unacceptable, or incorrect items.
- Perform stock taking annually.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE "O" Level / Diploma or equivalent
- With or without related purchasing experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player with positive work attitude, strong initiative and resilience
