Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for the Pimpinan Cabang Sulawesi Utara at Dompet Dhuafa, located in Manado, Indonesia. The role involves lead and manage branch operations in Sulawesi Utara by overseeing fundraising (ZISWAF), implementing social and humanitarian programs, building strategic partnerships, and driving team performance to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
- Local candidates from Manado are preferred, with placement in Manado City
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in leadership or managing social institutions
- Strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
- Experience in fundraising/ZISWAF is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies and manage ZISWAF funds
- Manage the execution of social and humanitarian programs in the branch area
- Lead the team to achieve branch targets and strengthen the organization’s image
- Build strategic partnerships with government, communities, and local partners
- Carry out outreach (da’wah) activities and promote charitable campaigns across various platforms
