Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product lines: Motherboard, Graphic Card, PC Components, Desktop, Monitor, All-in-One PC, mini-PC etc.
  • Manage distributors, Channel partners, SI Partners, sales pipeline, product forecast and develop business opportunities.
  • Tracking Commercial and Project demand.
  • Lead, mentor and cooperate with sales members to achieve sales target and company assignments.
  • Co-work with PM, distributors and sales & marketing to execute sales plan to meet sales goals.
  • Monitor sales metrics, forecasts, and pipeline performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationship with existing customers and develop new & potential partners to build business.
  • Territory: All Indonesia
  • Location: Jakarta

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
  • At least 8 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
  • Aggressive and a problem solver.
  • Strong understanding of Channel & Commercial market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
