We're hiring an exceptional B2B Sales Executive to join the HQ team - someone who'll hit the ground running. If you're a Sales Gun who loves looking after customers, beating targets and owning your pipeline, read on.

About You:

  • 2+ years in a B2B sales role with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding target
  • Extensive phone prospecting experience
  • A can-do attitude, hardworking approach, and the ability to make things happen on your own initiative
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Driven to deliver best-in-class customer experiences
  • Self-motivated and energised by exceeding sales targets
  • Confident with CRM tools (HubSpot and NetSuite an advantage) and the standard office software stack
  • Sense of humour

Role Responsibility

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Prospect by phone to generate opportunities and build pipeline (leads provided)
  • Hit KPIs across sales volume, order volume and customer experience ratings
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences end-to-end
  • Maintain and grow a customer base

Desired Experience:

  • Previous successful experience with prospecting to achieve targets
  • A passion for health and fitness with an understanding of Gym and Fitness Equipment will be Highly Regarded
  • Cold prospecting experience a must
  • Have the ability and dedication to develop a pipeline of leads through outbound calls
  • Enthusiasm, VERVE, and a commitment to giving their very best every day to serve our customers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills with MS office competency
  • Experience using CRMs (Hubspot & NetSuite experience advantageous)
  • Experience using AI (Claude, Chat GPT, Gemini)

We are offering a full time position with a competitive salary package including superannuation and uncapped commissions.

This is an office-based position requiring attendance at our workplace facilities during business hours.

Details:

  • Office-based at our HQ during business hours (Hybrid/WFH available for the right candidate)
  • Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts, with potential for occasional weekend work
  • Australian work authorisation required
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience (required) — B2B essential, B2C an advantage
