Senior Technical Support Engineer (Global Support)

Location: Bangkok, Thailand (Srinagarindra Rd.)

Reports To: Senior Global Escalation Technical Support Manager

About the role

Senior Technical Support Engineer, where you’ll act as a key technical expert supporting regional service teams across Asia. You’ll handle complex product issues, collaborate with global engineering teams, and drive faster problem resolution to ensure excellent customer support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working across global teams, and continuously improving service operations.

What you’ll do

  • Handle complex technical issues escalated from regional teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related challenges
  • Work closely with engineering & product teams to fix issues
  • Share solutions and best practices with global teams
  • Improve support processes and customer satisfaction

What we’re looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field such as Electrical / Electronics Engineering / Instrumentation & Control
  • 5+ years in technical support or similar role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with ticketing/CRM systems
  • Professional fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken) is required

  • Experience in global support environment

  • Experience mentoring or supporting regional teams
