Virtual Assistant – Mid-Term Rental (MTR) Specialist
Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with experience in Mid-Term Rentals (MTRs)? We're looking for a dedicated MTR VA to help manage day-to-day operations, guest communication, and property performance across our growing portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage guest communications before, during, and after stays
- Coordinate bookings, inquiries, and lease agreements
- Handle tenant screening and onboarding processes
- Monitor occupancy and assist with pricing updates
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor communications
- Manage listings across platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, and direct booking channels
- Track renewals, extensions, and move-in/move-out schedules
- Maintain property records, reports, and operational documentation
- Assist with calendar management and reservation updates
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns promptly
Requirements
- Previous experience managing Mid-Term Rental properties
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Furnished Finder, Airbnb, Zillow, Guesty, Hostaway, or similar PMS tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with tenant screening and lease management
- Knowledge of dynamic pricing tools and occupancy management
- Background in property management, real estate, or hospitality
