Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Location Manager position based in Lansing, MI. The Location Manager will oversee all aspects of cemetery or funeral operations, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Responsibilities include managing budgets, supervising daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and leading and training team members. The role requires consistent attention to customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service and ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with families and team members effectively
• Experience in Budgeting and operational cost management
• Ability to provide Training and mentorship to team members
• Leadership and organizational skills to manage and oversee daily operations
• Experience in the funeral, cemetery, or related service industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
