Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in our Lacey, WA Office for an Administrative Assistant and Accounting Specialist. In this role, the individual will handle a variety of tasks, including managing administrative support duties, answering and directing phone calls, maintaining accurate clerical records, and providing executive-level assistance. Daily responsibilities will encompass scheduling, data entry, document organization, and ensuring smooth office operations that align with company goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance tasks
  • Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication
  • Solid Clerical Skills with experience in maintaining accurate records and documentation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
  • Proficient in relevant office software and tools
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience in office administration or related field is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a plus
  • Experience with Quickbooks
