Bynet Communications is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of advanced Telephony and Contact Center solutions in cloud environments.
Lead end-to-end implementation projects of cloud-based telephony systems and Contact Center platforms – from initial planning and design through delivery, deployment, and post-go-live support.
What You'll Do
- Manage full lifecycle of complex telephony & Contact Center projects
- Work with enterprise clients to define requirements and solution design
- Oversee implementation, integration, and delivery in cloud environments
- Coordinate cross-functional and matrix teams
- Ensure successful project execution, timelines, and client satisfaction
- Support post-implementation changes and enhancements
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Project Management
- Experience in Telephony / Contact Center or CRM-related projects
- Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
- Proven experience leading matrix teams
- Industrial Engineering degree (or equivalent) – advantage
