Our client is a fast-growing, boutique PRC law firm that has served major industry leaders over the past decade.
We take pride in our unique partner composition, where each member blends experience from top-tier international law firms with senior in-house leadership roles. With established offices in Beijing, Xi’an, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong, we are expanding our presence globally to cover major Chinese cities and international markets (including Brazil, Morocco, UK, etc.).
We are seeking like-minded legal experts to co-build our practice in key China cities and global markets.
We welcome conversations with individuals from the following backgrounds:
- Senior Lawyers/Partners: Professionals from top-tier firms with a portable client base; or
- Counsel/Senior Associates: Lawyers from top-tier firms with a solid legal foundation and the ambition to drive business development; or
- In-house Counsels: Senior professionals seeking a transition from corporate roles. While a portable book of business is not required, we value deep industry insights and specific expertise in areas including, but not limited to, cross-border tax, export control, technology law, privacy, or industry-specific legal services.
