The Opportunity
Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in delivering the firm's technology and transformation roadmap. You'll be responsible for managing multiple concurrent technology projects across the business-from AI implementation and workflow automation through to system integrations, process improvement initiatives, and enterprise technology rollouts. Working closely with stakeholders across Tax, Audit, Private Wealth, Accounting, Corporate Services, and Technology, you'll bring structure, governance, and delivery discipline to complex programs of work while ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic business objectives.

What You'll Be Doing:
Project Delivery & Transformation
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of multiple technology and business transformation projects across the firm.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, governance frameworks, and delivery roadmaps.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business priorities.
- Coordinate project activities across internal teams, external vendors, and managed service providers.
Governance & Portfolio Management
- Establish strong project governance and reporting frameworks across a diverse portfolio of initiatives.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings, project workshops, working groups, and stakeholder forums.
- Maintain project registers including risks, issues, dependencies, actions, and decisions.
- Provide regular project status reporting and executive updates to the CTO and senior leadership team.
- Support portfolio planning, project prioritisation, capacity management, and resource allocation.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships across business and technology teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, manage expectations, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Translate technical concepts into clear business language for non-technical audiences.
- Foster collaboration across multiple business units with competing priorities and objectives.
Technology & Change Enablement
- Support the implementation and adoption of new technologies, systems, and digital capabilities.
- Work alongside technology leads to coordinate delivery activities across multiple workstreams.
- Facilitate change management and business readiness activities to ensure successful adoption.
- Assist in driving the firm's broader digital transformation and innovation agenda.
Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the ongoing development of project management standards, methodologies, templates, and reporting frameworks.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery efficiency, governance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Champion best-practice project management across the Technology function.
About You
You're a highly organised and commercially minded Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing clarity to complexity. You know how to balance competing priorities, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive accountability across multiple projects without losing sight of strategic outcomes.
Essential Experience
- 3–5 years' project management experience within technology, professional services, financial services, or a similarly complex environment.
- Proven experience delivering multiple concurrent projects across cross-functional teams.
- Experience managing technology-focused initiatives including AI implementation, workflow automation, process improvement, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and delivery frameworks.
- Ability to establish accountability and maintain momentum across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of an organisation.
- Experience applying structured project methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum.
- Strong proficiency with project management tools including Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Desirable
- PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience working within an accounting, legal, consulting, or professional services environment.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 technologies including SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate, and Azure DevOps.
- Exposure to technology transformation, digital change, or enterprise system implementation programs.
- Understanding of professional services operations, workflows, and regulatory environments.
