We now welcome applications for a hands‑on Innovation & AI Internship within our Nordic Innovation team. This role gives you real exposure to AI-driven innovation, ecosystem activities, research, and the daily operations of our Stockholm PACE Studio.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Your Role & Assignments

As an Innovation & AI Intern, you will support the team across all innovation activities. Typical tasks include:

Innovation & Workshop Support

  • Assist in preparing and delivering innovation and AI-focused workshops
  • Help set up the PACE Studio for customer visits and demos
  • Capture notes, insights and learnings from client and internal sessions

AI & Trend Research

  • Conduct quick desk research on emerging AI trends, tools and use cases
  • Prepare short briefs, summaries or slides for internal and client discussions

Events & Ecosystem Support

  • Help plan and coordinate events such as Lunch & Learn sessions, roundtables and hackathons
  • Support engagement with startups, universities and research partners, including AI ecosystem actors

Team Coordination

  • Assist with simple project coordination tasks (scheduling, follow-ups, SharePoint/material updates)
  • Work closely with the Innovation Lead and Innovation Analyst on day-to-day activities

This is a broad role designed to give you a strong foundation in innovation methods, AI trends, workshop facilitation and ecosystem engagement.

Your Qualifications

  • Interest AND solid understanding of AI, digital technologies or innovation
  • Experience from student projects, events, or tech-related activities is a plus
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish
  • Good proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Curious, organised, proactive and comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint)
