Business Intelligence & Analytics Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced BI & Analytics Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end delivery of reporting and analytics within a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation programme.

This is a highly visible role sitting at the intersection of business and technology, ensuring analytics solutions are clearly defined, prioritised, and delivered in line with programme timelines and global standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the central bridge between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams (SAP, vendors, data teams)
• Reporting and analytics solution using Snowflake and S/4HANA/SAP ECC Data
• Translate business reporting needs into clear, structured analytics requirements
• Lead prioritisation across multiple workstreams and resolve competing demands
• Drive design decisions across analytics solutions (SAP Embedded Analytics, Snowflake, Power BI)
• Oversee end-to-end delivery including build, testing, and deployment
• Ensure high-quality, scalable data models and KPI definitions
• Manage risks across data, systems, and delivery timelines
• Govern testing, UAT, and formal business sign-off
• Provide visibility on progress, risks, and value delivery to leadership

What we are looking for:

You will consider yourself a driven, self-starting BI & Analytics leader who is confident operating at the intersection of business and technology, with the ability to influence, prioritise, and deliver in a complex programme environment.

You will bring:

• Strong experience in BI, Data & Analytics, or ERP transformation environments
• Proven delivery experience within SAP S/4HANA programmes - Minimum 1 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA ERP transformation program for reporting and analytics Solution using Snowflake and S/4HANA/SAP ECC Data.
• Deep understanding of analytics architecture and data modelling
• Experience with tools such as SAP, Snowflake, and Power BI
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and programme delivery skills
