Aslant Legal is exclusively partnering with a US-headquartered investment firm on the hire of a Legal Counsel to join its Singapore office.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer seeking to make a first move in-house and become part of a truly international and fast-paced business.

Working closely with the business, you will advise on a broad range of cross-border legal matters.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of post-qualification experience
• Background in Corporate/M&A, Capital Markets, Funds, or Financial Services Regulatory
• Commercially minded with strong communication skills
• Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work effectively in a dynamic environment
