Your tasks

  • Drive implementation of new digital and AI tools as product owner, define vision, roadmap and manage project delivery.
  • Collect, analyze and prioritize business requirements, translate them into user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  • Plan and coordinate testing (UAT, regression), prepare Go‑Live activities and ensure smooth deployment.
  • Support business transformation and change management, prepare documentation and train end‑users.
  • Monitor tool usage and user experience, analyze feedback and ensure corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead stakeholder communication across countries and secure alignment on processes and project implementation.
  • Identify AI use cases to improve quality, efficiency and user/customer experience; prepare business cases.
  • Lead preparation and execution of IT and AI‑related projects within the business area.
  • Provide operational support to Customer Operations, including month‑end closing and process improvement.
  • Analyze B2B Sales & Marketing processes, identify risks and gaps, and implement improvements, including AI‑driven enhancements.

Your profile

  • University degree (MA) in economics, management or business administration.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Strong analytical and process‑improvement skills with the ability to design and implement new solutions.
  • Proactive team player with excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing abilities.
  • Solid project management and agile experience, including translating business needs into system solutions and roadmaps.
  • Experience in process automation and AI implementation, with strong understanding of digital transformation and innovation trends.
  • Data‑driven mindset with strong customer focus and the ability to make informed decisions based on performance metrics.
  • Fluency in Slovak and English is required; German is an advantage
