Job Responsibilities:
a) Project Coordination & Support
- Assist the Director in coordinating and monitoring departmental projects to ensure alignment with timelines and key milestones.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and relevant departments.
- Organize and support Director-led meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting key discussions, and tracking follow-up actions.
b) Data Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis on departmental performance, KPIs, and operational updates for the Director.
- Gather and consolidate data from relevant departments to support monitoring of initiatives and business performance.
- Ensure approval papers and supporting documents are well-prepared, accurate, and supported with relevant data to assist the Director in decision-making.
c) Administrative & Operational Support
- Manage the Director’s schedule and calendar, including coordinating meetings and confirming appointments with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support coordination with external partners and stakeholders when required.
- Assist in language translation tasks (English–Mandarin and vice versa) when necessary
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Relevant working experience in a related role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Strong ability to multitask and adapt quickly to a wide range of responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of professionalism with the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, integrity, and diplomacy in all interactions.
