As a Technical Sales Support Engineer, you will act as the technical backbone of our sales team, providing pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and successful solution delivery. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to translate customer needs into actionable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team during customer engagements.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Analyse customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, proposals, and quotations.
- Liaise with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
- Participate in trade shows, customer visits, and technical workshops.
- Quality Control of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve
- Sales of hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic valve
- Purchasing
- Market research.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
- 2+ years of experience in technical sales support, application engineering, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of hydraulic components or systems (read drawing, etc)
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English.
- Proficiency in CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel domestically and occasionally internationally.
