VistaShares is a fast-growing, actively managed ETF issuer founded in 2024 and led by CEO Adam Patti (the pioneer who previously founded IndexIQ) and co-founder Jon McNeill, the former President of Tesla. The firm has been the fastest growing ETF issuer in 2026, with nearly $2b in assets under management, and focuses on highly specialized, rules-based, and options-driven ETF strategies.

The Role

VistaShares is adding an External Wholesaler to expand distribution across the western United States. The firm has an established presence in the RIA and independent broker-dealer channels nationally, and this role is responsible for deepening and expanding that presence in the West. The territory is underpenetrated relative to VistaShares broader footprint, which creates meaningful upside for a candidate with existing relationships in the channel.

The product suite maps well to current advisor demand: including our Supercycle family of growth equity ETFs such as Ticker: AIS, the leading AI Infrastructure ETF, rated top 1% by Morningstar and Ticker: POW, the AI Power Infrastructure ETF, a top performer in its category. In addition, our Target 15 family of options income ETFs allow investors to invest like a legendary investor with the added bonus of 15% annual income paid monthly. These include Ticker: OMAH – invest like Berkshire Hathaway and others. The firm has 9 ETFs in the market and will be accelerating its launch calendar.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a network of RIA, independent broker-dealer, and wealth management relationships across the western U.S.
  • Conduct advisor education on VistaShares full product lineup, particularly defined outcome ETFs and their overall investment approach
  • Serve as the primary relationship owner for the territory — managing pipeline, follow-through, and ongoing advisor engagement
  • Collaborate internally on materials, positioning, and market feedback
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and activity data (in Salesforce) report to senior leadership on territory progress
  • Represent VistaShares at industry conferences and advisor events across the territory

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of wholesaling experience in ETFs, ideally with experience in defined outcome products
  • Establish advisor relationships in the western U.S., in the near term with RIAs and/or independent broker-dealers, and broader wealth distribution channels over time.
  • Demonstrated history of raising capital in the wealth channel
  • Series 7 and Series 63 (or 66) required, CAIA or CFA a plus
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex investment strategies clearly for advisor audiences
  • Disciplined approach to territory management, CRM usage, and pipeline reporting
  • Willingness to travel 50–60% within the territory
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred

Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary and performance-based incentive structure, paid quarterly. As well as a robust benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and various insurance options. Specific figures to be discussed during the interview process.
