What you’ll do:
- Lead and support your team in achieving sprint/PI goals (Scrum/SAFe)
- Mentor team members and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Ensure high-quality solutions and resolve technical challenges
- Address and mediate team issues and conflicts
- Collaborate with other leaders and stakeholders
- Shape team development paths and support recruitment/onboarding
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience leading software teams (10+ members) and hands-on technical expertise (backend/frontend/DevOps)
- Solid understanding of SDLC, system architecture, and modern technologies
- Strong communication, mentoring, and conflict resolution skills
- Fluent English and experience in international, agile (Scrum/SAFe) environments
- Experience with performance reviews, career development, and team growth
- Technical recruitment experience is a plus
