Bynet Data Communications is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Business Division in a part-time position.
What will you do?
- Calendar coordination and management
- Opening purchase orders
- Preparing and generating reports
- Coordinating meetings
- Assisting with administrative and logistical tasks, including business travel arrangements, food orders, and more
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, office management, or operations
- Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong service orientation, excellent organizational skills, proactive mindset, and great interpersonal abilities
