Description

Bynet Data Communications is looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our Business Division in a part-time position.

What will you do?

  • Calendar coordination and management
  • Opening purchase orders
  • Preparing and generating reports
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Assisting with administrative and logistical tasks, including business travel arrangements, food orders, and more

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, office management, or operations
  • Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong service orientation, excellent organizational skills, proactive mindset, and great interpersonal abilities

Location: Ramat HaHayal, Tel Aviv
