Global Business Services (GBS) provides services to Sony, globally, in a wide range of areas ranging from Online Marketing to Translation and Project Management. Direct deliverables will include:
- Executing local and central email campaigns using marketing automation tools with minimum supervision
- Plan & Execute E-mail content operations for all EU Scope across multiple countries
- Basic & Complex targeting for marketing messages
- Planning & Executing insight deliveries, such as survey creation and distribution
- Internal communication support
- Support the other communication activities within the organization for both internal clients and Sony stakeholders
- Proximity with the reporting & analytics team for the perfection of the final delivery of the surveys and campaigns
- Define & Execute A/B test and present results
- Execute quality assurance activities for own / team’s services on all deliveries.
- Take responsibility in service improvement efforts
- Stay informed about best practices in own area of work
- Take responsibility in on-boarding of new members,
Requirements
- Relevant degree from a reputable university (preferably in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field)
- Proven experience in CRM, with a strong focus on email marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or similar platforms
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) tools is a strong plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data
- SQL knowledge for audience segmentation is a strong plus
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
- Willingness to travel abroad when necessary
- Military service must be completed or deferred for at least 2 years (for male candidates)
- Experience in customer segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign performance analysis
- Familiarity with HTML and email template editing
- Experience in customer journey mapping and automation workflows
