As a CYO, you will have the opportunity to work on long-term projects and gain hands-on experience in two different companies within Anadolu Group. This is your chance to explore diverse industries, develop key professional skills, and become part of a dynamic business ecosystem.
Who Can Apply?
- Final-year undergraduate students, master's students, and recent graduates,
- Motivated to gain experience across two different Anadolu Group companies,
- Committed to continuous learning and personal growth,
- Collaborative team players with strong communication skills,
- Available to work from the office at least 3 days per week,
- Interested in pursuing a career in one of the following departments:

Your responsibilities:
Gain real, long-term work experience! Over a 10-month period, you will be supported in your development through:
- Taking ownership of a project,
- A coach/mentor to guide you throughout your project,
- A Peer Buddy within the team to help you adapt smoothly to corporate life,
- Training programs designed to support your growth,
- Preparing presentations and collaborating with stakeholders,
- Contributing ideas and supporting ongoing team initiatives
