Our client, a growing specialist mortgage lender is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join its Product team and support the delivery of strategic business change across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mortgage industry experience who is looking to develop their career within project management, change delivery, and business analysis. The role offers broad exposure across the business, working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver initiatives that improve processes, technology, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency.
The Role
Reporting into the Business Analysis Lead, you will play a key role in coordinating and delivering projects across the mortgage lifecycle while supporting requirements gathering and analysis activities where needed. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Underwriting, Sales, Compliance, Technology, and external suppliers to ensure initiatives are delivered effectively and aligned to business objectives.
